I am an energy coach and healer, Reiki master, kitchen witch, dancer and choreographer, writer, and amateur historian with a particular obsession with women's history. I hold a BA in English Literature and write on Substack about healing, history, and the work. I am the eldest daughter of Italian immigrants and a single mama to two incredible humans and two fur babies. I have been collecting crystals since I was 18 and tarot decks for the last 15 years, and I could listen to witchy and British history podcasts all day.

I have been intuitive all of my life and have been in the healing arts for over 28 years as a bodyworker and Reiki master. I am an empath and energy reader who has been in touch with my intuition since birth.

Here is what I know to be true.

Women are not broken. We are disconnected, from our bodies, our intuition, our cycles, our knowing. And that disconnection did not happen by accident. It was installed. Through the families we grew up in, the systems we were handed, the generations of women before us who were taught that their power was something to be hidden, managed, or feared.

The witch wound is real. The ancestral patterns are real. And so is the healing, the kind that actually shifts something, in the body, in the bloodline, in the way you move through the world. That is real too.

I know this not just because I have studied it for nearly three decades, but because I have lived it. Ten years ago I realized I was still repeating patterns I thought I had left behind. The healing that followed changed everything about how I understand myself, my relationships, my work, and what I am here to do.

The work.

I work with women through sacred circles, earthbound ceremonies, Reiki energy healing, somatic and body-based practices, tarot and oracle, ancestral healing, and lunar ritual. I am a witch of the divine feminine and a lifelong student of women's history, because when you understand what was done to women across centuries, the disconnection so many of us carry stops being a mystery and starts being a map. It tells us exactly where the disconnection lives and how to find our way back.

My entry point is always the body. As a dancer, bodyworker, and Reiki master, I read energy before I say a word. The body holds the old stories, the ancestral weight, the witch wound, the knowing that was suppressed. When we start there, everything else becomes possible.
